CONTROL SYSTEM:

The company has developed its own high-speed motion control system with

independent intellectual property rights, which can quickly draw various complex

graphics, and is perfectly compatible with the CA system to achieve data interoperation,

which is more convenient and quick to operate.

THE MACHINE STRUCTURE:

※Fixed 140x80x10 square pipe welding, made in machining center, screw links

※The main beam of the machine head can be adjusted in four directions..

※Cooling water tank of machine head, made of 304 stainless steel

※Omron brand is used in all electric applications.

※All bearings are of universal brand

※Choose 45# steel for the Y-axis. The thickness is 12mm after machining.

※The Y bearing seat and the self-service motor fixed seat are all made of QT150 cast iron

※All personal service motors are used.

※The protective cover is all made of 2mm thick cold plate

FOLLOW-UP STRUCTURE

the surface deformation data within 0.1 of the template surface can be measured with the laser follow-up system.

HEAD

China-switzerland technical cooperation product, motor spindle can reach 24000 revolutions per minute.Cut, cut hole, and engrave all

at once, without manual intervention.(except milling cutter breaking).

MOTION STRUCTURE

Adopt Taiwan Yintai import ball screw, guarantee the machine high speed and smooth running and high precision.

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM:  The adjustable dimensions of XYZ triaxial can be controlled by computer or key.

WORK TABLE

CPN clamping device system is adopted, accurate positioning, no positioning of the block.(optional self-designed QCJ self-locking

system is available, and the side control is 15mm.(has declared national patent)

MILLING CUTTER

The cutter USES steel imported from Germany

SUPPORT SOFTWARE AUTOCAD GRAPHIC FORMAT DXF

SIMULATION  figure input system, in case of drawing error, or missing processing, normal processing 1-50 times the speed of

simulation work, to ensure that no waste.

CUTTER BREAKING

※Select the point with the mouse, and directly find the point processing on the graph.

※At any point, as long as the machine head is moved to the break point (no need for accuracy, roughly position), the system will

automatically calibrate and locate the machine until it is processed.
